Cat Behavior Consulting, nor it's agents or employees, liable for any injury which may occur to handlers, pet, other people, animals, or property while using their behavior modification plan and/or recommendations. I understand that all cats are unique and that cat behavior consulting is not an exact science. Changes in my cat's behavior are not guaranteed and results will vary, based on guardian's participation in recommendations made. I understand that I will not be refunded if I do not show up for my pre-paid zoom appointment and cancellations should be made no later than 24 hours prior to the appointment. Reduced rates for additional appointments will be offered, in the event of a personal emergency.
